Policy for U.S. Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Orders
- One bottle may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase per the Boadmin Scientific 100% Guarantee. Guarantee valid once per customer and applies only to purchases made on Boadmin.com.
- Shipping charges for returned orders will not be refunded.
- If a multi-bottle order is returned, customer will be refunded the full purchase price for the first bottle only.
- Orders not delivered due to our error or orders lost in transit will be re-shipped at no additional charge.
- Orders not delivered due to customer error will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
- No returns or refunds for bulk/wholesale orders.
